How to Use
- Insert the LED panel into the main unit securely
- Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and ensure it is fully dry
- Place safety goggles over the eyes
- Press start/stop button
- Press timer button (centre) to set preferred treatment time (1 minute, 5 minutes, 12 minutes or 120 minutes)
- Button to the right of the control panel allows you to set the treatment time to 'pulse' mode. This setting delivers short intense pulses of LED light for enhanced results. Press again to return to continuous mode depending on your preference
- Hold the device 2-3cm from the treatment area and move device in steady circular motions for 3 minutes per area
- Use for 10 - 15 minutes x4 times per week
- Follow up with the rest of your skincare routine to lock in results

Well made the red light face attaches easily via magnet. You need to wear the included goggles when using this light. Basically set a timer and hold this a few centimeters from your face.Unfortunately for me with the lights on, I can feel a buzzing or “force” and it kinda makes my head hurt and I feel pressure in and behind my eyes, even with the goggles. Also a contraindication is migraines in the last 2 years! I’m a long time sufferer so I guess I’m out.
